It won’t matter. Durham County is one of the bluer counties in North Carolina, and also very heavily black (primarily within the city of Durham proper). If the election is contested, the Rat will win, guaranteed.

Yeah, I’m familiar with Durham. We’d looked into the possibility of moving to the Golden Triangle area at one point, many years ago. After driving through, we realized that we did NOT want to live in Durham! Seemed just as bad as some of the cities we’d gone through in N. Jersey!
