I’m hopeful too that your son and his brother Marines will be exonerated. It sure seems to be heading that way. I found the comments on another thread, by the officer in charge of the case, to be most encouraging. It sure looks like the prosecution has failed to prove their case.
The Iraqis caught him throwing a grenade that killed three Iraqi policemen.
He is not a murderer. He is a hero.
He has more restraint than I and is a better soldier. I would have raked the whole place with gunfire or just dropped a big bomb on them all.
This is a scandal.
These relatives that are stirring up trouble need to meet the same fate.

Thankyou for all the detail of this case, and more importantly for raising such a fine son. Justin was well served by all his defense attorneys, both civilian and military. Justin has and will alwasy be an honorable Marine who fought for all of us. We are grateful for his service and commend him for standing strong.
They lose the debate in the face of hard evidence and the ammunition that you just gave us is what we need.

Your son is a fine warrior. A hero to me and many. The news media is often the enemy in this country. They enjoy the suffering of our brave troops. And that includes many in congress.
