Posted on 06/15/2007 8:17:20 AM PDT by djf

Got emailed some info about scamnesty. There was a number included, so I called.

It may ring a few times, but I got through.

Exercise your first amendment rights and share a few thoughts with your Senator or Congresscritter!!

Great. Calling my congress-Hagel now to express my eagerness to vote for his poll-leading opponent in the GOP primary, Jon Bruning.

Ben Nelson (D-NE) is planning to vote against any bill until the border is secure. Nelson is now regarded by many former die-hard Hagel supporters as a better Republican than the Hagelmonster.

Calling and writing your representative used to be a good idea. No longer. With a few notable exceptions, Congress has joined the anti-Americans and will not respond to the voters who sent them to Washington.

Congress is determined to change the demographics of America because they believe that it means more votes for them. Even Republicans have gone this route.

When you call your congressman or woman emphasize that the illegal alien invasion can be easily solved:

1. Begin now to deport all illegal aliens that can be caught and rounded up. It will take a while, but it must be done if America is to survive.

2. Deny welfare benefits and Constitutional protections to illegal aliens.

3. Impose a 75 year moratorium on all immigration to all us time to get our immigration laws in order and to allow current legal resident aliens to assimilate into American society.

4. Vote out of office congressmen who are voting against your best interest by helping illegal immigration.

You're making the argument that political activism, this forum and even voting are all a complete waste of time.

This would already have passed without our opposition. And a 75-year moratorium on immigration is stupid beyond belief.

If you truly believe this, you should resign from FR and stop voting.

Congress is determined to change the demographics of America because they believe that it means more votes for them.

I believe that's the crux of the matter. Congress understands this means a shot at a new base of 100 million or so votes up for grabs, and they'll all be running their campaigns in Spanish. What's left of the former residents of this country will have to form a new party, perhaps the "Gringo Party" or something and work on it for a few generations before it becomes viable again (if ever).
