Seligmann’s testimony is over - personally I think he did very well. He clearly explained how he attempted to prove to Nifong his innocence. How his life and families life was impacted by Nifong’s actions.

I thought he did very well too. No questions these men were put through hell.

Those 3 young men have shown more class and character throughout this ordeal than Nifong has.

Nifong was out to hang them regardless of the evidence. [Maybe Nifong will get hung instead — and not necessarily by the neck.]

I was stunned by Seilgamann’s account of how Nifong rejected his alibi. Apparently, he refused to look at the documentation, calling it “fiction”. What kind of an operation do they have going on there, where the prosecutor doesn’t even interview the alleged victim and refuses to look at exculpatory evidence? I wonder if others prosecuted by Nifong have grounds for appeals now.
