This is an outrage. It's one thing to legislate the killing of the unborn, it's another to fund this massacre with taxpayer money. Incredible.

I believe the argument goes like this....the money is not for the abortion part of PPs activities but the other stuff. Of course its all one big pool of gore over there anyway.
