No, he went back over to military.com to put on a clean suit and pout that we weren't treating him nice. The only reason he was here was he thought he could schmooze Red (WAY lol).

I really have nothing else to add that could be of any relevence to this discussion.
All I really was trying to point out is that, IMO the film is fictional, and should not be interpreted as fact.
I think it is unfortunate that certain media outlets, and Mr. Broomfield himself have given the implication in certain interviews that he is portraying truth, especially in his earlier interviews concerning the film.
I really don’t care if you hate me or my career choice. I have no personal agenda against the war or the Marines.
I could really care less about Murtha and what ever agenda he is pushing. To me it’s just a movie, and if you’re not interested in seeing it, than don’t watch it.
If you truly believe "it's just a movie", as opposed to a deliberate attempt to influence public opinion to promote an agenda that's damaging to this nation, then it's you who must defend your career choice.
As far as hating you, that's a juvenile notion at best. And no, I don't want to kill your dog, Dorothy.

So you feel no sense of responsibility to the real Marines involved? That doesn’t give you the tiniest pause?
On military.com, every single post is all caps with no paragraph breaks, yet here, every post is properly punctuated, even though they are interspersed time wise.
And then there's the attitude he's going straighten us out to go with the caps, and the pensive "well, ta ta" to go with the punctuated posts.
It's either a different person writing the posts, or another character.
The one thing in common is that neither care a whit for the facts.
