I’ll just brush/swish with peroxide, rinse and be done, thank you. Once a week, I polish with soda/salt. Haven’t had a cavity in many years.
My dentist told me I just need to brush with water and then rinse with salt water. Of course, I have all implants!
Teeth are a double edged sword.
