That whole lawsuit angle is interesting. I’d like to see a class action suit of low income workers sue some big company that employees lots of illegal aliens for wage suppression. I know it borders on the frivolous, but I’ve seen worse lawsuits make it to court.

Realistically, I’d think that some businesses would have a better case due to unfair competition between those employers who obey the law and those who don’t.

Congress will take out a loan to buy amnesty, promising payment in the form of enforcement. Within weeks, however, Congress will file for moral bankruptcy, and get to keep their amnesty while never paying back a dime's worth of enforcement…

Obvious to anyone who has been paying attention.

However since the American public has the attention span of a hyperactive two year old and the memory of a Alzheimer victim they will probably get away with it.
