Howie Carr could join the top “talkers” in the country if only his show would go national!

He tried to make his show national but somehow he was doing too much Boston/New England stuff, and maybe it didn’t
necessarily translate to other parts of the country. While
Howie’s show is heard all over New England now, at one point
it was on stations in places like Seattle, Hagerstown MD,
Newark (Columbus area) Ohio, Albany NY, and Salt Lake City.

Thanks to WVMT being back, Howie can be heard on the NY
side of Lake Champlain (Montreal, too) again...

Ditto JTBM. Howie is honest and humble, which is lacking and well-needed among a lot of these hosts.

Last time I came across their "Hot 100 Talkers", Carr was something like #56.

And their website didn't display the complete list for surfers...

Maybe, but it would have to be a different show.

A really national audience is going to get tired of "Whitey" and "Mumbles" and the other local targets pretty fast.
