Officially approved by Bush on Dec. 17 after extensive bickering in Congress, the National Intelligence Reform Act included the requirement to add 10,000 border patrol agents in the five years beginning with 2006. Roughly 80 percent of the agents were to patrol the southern U.S. border from Texas to California, along which thousands of people cross into the United States illegally every year.
But Bush’s proposed 2006 budget, revealed Monday, funds only 210 new border agents.

Well good, then people should then ask “Why?”. From there...they can learn something :)
Conservatives are “nice and respectful” to an actual fault. Law enforcement is trained to give out verbal commands, but only for so long. Conservatives have wiggled and compromised and played the nicety game long enough.
While figuring out how to defeat your enemy, social etiquette should be the last things you’re worried about...unless of course you’re not serious about what your fighting for. I saw that long list of what other “posters” (I presume at other Forums) are posting, well I say the time spent whining about actions of other conservatives could be put to better use in figuring out how to kill this bill. A careful look though shows me that the same group(s) really wouldn’t mind too much if it did get passed. To hell with them. Our ancestors look down on them in distain for the blood they spilled for our Soverignty!

I’d like to know the weak links in an actual floor vote. Hopefully others will chime in. I’ve seen a couple lists, but need to hammer a couple thing down.
And to add to what I’ve said. We’ve actually stayed pretty well on course without bashing Bush but simply calling the bill out for what it is and how wrong it is. It could be Frank, Gary or Bob and it would still be the same to me.

Boy I tell you, I’ve got my Great-Great-Great-Grandfathers (picture hanging on the wall in full uniform. He survived, many of his friends did not. They were fighting for a nation’s sovereignty, and I seriously doubt they were concerned with social etiquette with a blackpowder and cannon staring at them.
Extreme example? I don’t think so. What’s the difference. The Future of our Nation due to the precedant setting bell ringing that will occur will effect some of our families primary language. It may be 300 years from now, 500 years from now, but hey, I’m not just looking at what the flag will look like when it goes over my coffin, I’m worried about the one’s growing up and looking back and thinking...”why didn’t they try to stop that”.
