I’ve read 4 different translations of the Koran. They aren’t all violent.

Is that because the translators really believed it or were they trying to make Islam nonthreatening?

These were official translations. So the Imaan lead their sect with these translations.

Don’t forget, that is why there is infighting amongst the Islamic Sects also.
