John Fund is one of the best analyists. I have met him personally. He has met with us Freepers several times.

He is so, how to put this and still be nice, out in his own world, he gives a real opinion.

I respect John Fund very much.

I seriously don’t even think Hillary’s even the favorite at this point. She’s not very well liked on the left for what basically amounts to a wishy-washy stance on the Iraq situation, and she comes off as incredibly ingenuine. She’s what I’d call the Democrats’ Giuliani.

At this point I’m thinking that the Dems are leaning toward Obama. Edwards is pushing for the hard-left socialists and could try and make some gains.

I have yahoo and hotmail accounts as well, but the gmail one has a cool, easy to remember address, so I use that the most. I am not that concerned about privacy... except for financial matters.

McCain? Get the nomination? After what happened with the shamnesty bill, his chances are about as good as Thompson’s— Tommy Thompson’s.

There are plenty of far better candidates in the field (Hunter, Tancredo, Fred Thompson, etc.) for the GOP base to droop so far as to pick McCain.
