IRAN has threatened to launch a missile blitz against the Gulf states and plunge the entire Middle East into war if America attacks its nuclear facilities. Admiral Ali Shamkhani, a senior defence adviser to the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, warned that Gulf states providing the US with military cooperation would be the key targets of a barrage of ballistic missiles. Shamkhani told the US journal Defense News that missiles would be launched not only at US military bases but also at strategic targets such as oil refineries and power stations. Shamkhani, a former Iranian defence minister, accused the Gulf states of "helping the US establish legitimacy for its anticipated aggression against Iran". Shamkhani is the head of Iran's Centre for Strategic Studies, a think tank made up of former foreign, defence and interior ministers that advises the supreme leader...
I have to agree. To him it doesn’t matter - the 12th imam thing.
Real redeemers wait in Heaven, not in The Pit.
Islamic Iran is a flesh eating bacteria
You are being too harsh on necrotizing fasciitis.
The only survivor would be the flesh eating bacteria in an ever more virulent form.
The patient dies, the infection dies.
Retaliation will also take place in the USA and Europe (and other American targets around the world) so we can expect some suiciders in our malls, IED (explosive devices) along our freeways and a dirty bomb or two.
Crap. My Darling Daughter is flying to Oz next week.
Plus a crash of our electricity networks
I have it on Good Authority that "the Grid" simply cannot be taken down. underscoreJim will be more than happy to explain this in excruciating detail.
This is no joke
I'm not laughing.
We know. ;-)
Bright lights! Bright lights!
Daylight strobes?
Don’t know how I made this ping list, but keep me on it. Thanks for clarification in several regards.
Thank you Mr Clinton, Bernie Swartz, and Loral Space (RIP).
Iranian nuclear and fissionable material has been common knowledge in the intel community for several years and verified on the ground. They have watched the capability become lethal in the last 18-months or so with rocket development and solid fuel capability.
Not everything is printed in the drive-by media or sourced for editorial pleasure.
If you have contacts in the intel community just ask around. Simply not made public. Nor does it suit the MSM (main stream media to disclose this if they heard about it) and somewhat “old news”, too. Other than the progression.
Focus has been on Iran’s home made capability not half a dozen existing and quickly expended missiles.
Original capability has been posted on http://www.antimullah.com for quite a while. Check out the Archive Details to find the article. Slightly dated now but still useful focus.
Thanks for the ping!
“The patient dies, the infection dies.”
Not in this case. The bodies of third world countries that can survive at a very basic level of daily life will continue to nourish and spread the bacteria.
As I said, not a normal situation within our usual thinking/analytic standards :-)) we are dealing with the lunatic Hojatieh and Islamic Jihadists who live by 14th century rules and lifestyles. Those people will survive as they are still mostly hunter gatherers of yore. Except among some of their elite.
Bump tttop.
It would be an environmentalist’s dream world...
We will have to simply nuke their entire country.
Well, I know, it won’t happen. They should thank Allah on their callused knees that ole Bon Mots isn’t secretary of the button.
We’re waiting since 1979 for this supposedly “pro-American” nation to come to its senses - but it hasn’t happened for nearly 30 years - and probably never will.
Glassin’ time.
Thanks for keeping an eye out for us, FARS.
On the plus side, most of them are here.
On the minus side, the ones that are there have a psychotic government that utterly ignores the will of their people, and can easily be imagined to be a threat to the rest of the world.
This justifies/compels us to eliminate them.
The really minus minus side is that, arguably, they could use the same reasoning about us...
One wonders.
It could be called Sonova Beech.
What Marion Barry said: “The beech set me up”.
*sigh* He was a very good president for a while.
FARS, this information interests me. The maintenance of the fissionable materials is very indepth and costly. Does Iran have the capabilities and infrastructure to maintain these warheads or would they pretty much be "dirty" nukes?
When Iran strikes, Iran might well lose a region surrounding the Straits of Hormuz. They will lose the war, to the victor belong the spoils, and the victors will turn Hormuz into some kind of Gulf State emirate.
