Read West’s California Corrections Code...

It is in there. Famous and notorious convicts are accommodated with extra security for the safety of the prison staff. CDC officers are class II law enforcement officers.

I agree that special provisions may be made.

She had the chance to plea bargain and she did...down to parole and license suspension, she agreed to the terms. Twice breaking parole is enough to remove any further special provisions. Yes, the staff must be protected, but how is she a threat to them...maybe to herself?

I have 3 daughters and can not imagine letting anything get to this point without family intervention long before this.
