Meet Bono? I'm not interested, says Canada's PM ...( celebrity slapdown)

Yeah RedDogzRule, He will not stop will he? Sure, if a rich celebrity does contribute to charity, more power to them. Trouble is where does the money go?

In Canada it is quite proper to pocket 70 percent of the receipts. When the other 30 percent then goes to the basic control centre of the intended distribution, about 15 percent may actually go to the subjects. This where there is goverment who can demand accountability within Canada.

This poses a problem to guys like myself who wince, when the furnace kicks in more than ten times in the day. Northern Ontario. (laughs). No way would I want to see any monies granted to these causes ( al la Bono). The tactic of those, who are queried about the actual usages of the monies, is sometimes to call the questioner.
