Ummm....dragnet2, this incident happened in the ALABAMA Senate as opposed to US Senate.

I hope you do understand that there are some differences between both legislative bodies and what happens in one isn’t always connectd to the other.

Yes I realize that now. I went to the link quickly where it stated, "Punch flies on Senate floor".

Thanks for that.

Oh, and I also understand differences between politicians and us regular people calling each other names and physically brawling in the work place. For the regular folks, they'd get terminated, fired, and escorted off the premises rather quickly. Not to mention possibly being arrested and prosecuted.

And speaking of "connected" there doesn't seem to be any connection, in regards to regular folks being required to abide by laws and policies in the work place and politicians.
