Labels have been proven to be misleading. His action today should assure him a fond place in the hearts of true Americans.The label "socialist" is completely accurate. Bernie Sanders has stated repeatedly over the years that he won't join the Democrat party because they're too conservative. Look at his voting record before you praise him. He opposes the conservative position on every issue. He's right for the first time in his life on this bill, but it's for socialist, not patriotic, reasons.
I'm glad he's against the bill, but it changes nothing about who and what he is.
