I do not believe it is killed yet unless something changed after todays Senate session which ended after midnight Eastern time. My understanding is they will vote on one more amendment tomorrow by Sen. Coburn, 2nd degree amendments until 10:00 a.m., followed by a cloture vote.

I agree, so far the only card I know is left is the House Republicans ending it by saying all spending bills are to start in the House. Outside of that, I do not know what could kill this thing. Common sense and them all knowing they will lose their jobs sure doesn’t impress them.
