An AP article just came across the wire detailing another gaffe by presidential hopeful Mitt Romney (R-Mass.). Apparently, while in New Hampshire, Romney was confronted by an openly gay women who was disturbed by the former governors position on gay marriage. And in challenging him, she may have unwittingly changed or re-changed or re-re-changed his position on gay rights.
There are other ways to raise kids thats fine: single moms, grandparents raising kids, gay couples raising kids. Thats the American way, to have people have their freedom of choice, he said.
Umm
what? Weve lost track now, but we thought Romney opposed gay adoption and gay marriage. We have stopped being surprised by his all-too-often position changes - even from one month to the next - but we certainly never expected him to say gay couples raising kids is the American way.
The Massachusetts Department of Social Services (DSS), run by the Romney administration, honored a homosexual "married" couple (two men) as their adoptive "Parents of the Year" for 2006. The DSS has gained a reputation for being aggressively pro-homosexual over recent years. This incident sparked outrage across the country, but to our knowledge no policies or personnel at DSS were changed as a result.

Sounds like ol’ Mitt just had his “jump the shark” moment
Hmmm.
great catch baby G. (the answer to your questions by the way are no and no.) faggots should never be allowed near children period.
I have just about exited that tent, and left for the ‘good ole fundamentalist revival tent’.
He’s not a flipper, he’s just kerry-esque.
Read the article....you Morman haters are so funny!
Precious Willard, that ignorant slut. Fred can’t come in fast enough and put this RINO primary sideshow hootenanny to an end.
He's a politician, what's your point?
Wuzza Morman ?
...crackheads raising kids, wolves in Yellowstone raising kids, it's all the same.
NO Mitt (I am not speaking to you Johnny; I am speaking to Mitt Romney), there is RIGHT and there is WRONG, now you make UP YOUR MIND WHAT YOU BELIEVE!
Its spelled Mormon.
What the article actually says is not important to them. They have their spin and nothing will move them from it. They could witness Mitt walking on water and they would criticize him for not being able to swim.
I suppose I’m a Catholic hater too for daring to bash Rudy on this issue? Hell, since it’s become common place now to level this insult against conservatives write me up as UnAmerican as well.
Romney is not a conservative. I don’t know if he’s a liberal. I do know he’s a politician that will say what ever he feels is necessary to advance to whatever political office he seeks. He does NOT have my vote, and will not have my vote.
Neither will he be the next President. The Republican nominee? maybe. Maybe not. But President? No.
Morman?
Anyway, it still sounds as if he is speaking out of both sides of his mouth within the same conversation. He really needs to clarify that. Or not. (I can do it, too!)
I generally like Mitt. I just hear this kind of thing and think “John Kerryish” and I don’t like that he makes that pop into my head.
Though, I am certain he must be able to catch a football without looking like a... dork.
Wow. That really bites.
I’m beginning to think Ol’ Fred is our only viable option.
This just in... Tyrone Biggums has been hired as Gov. Romney's outreach director in DC.
Uh, read the article again - Romney is right - he’s not condoning Gay marriage, all he’s stating is that they live in America and have the freedom to raise their kids the way they want. Mitt’s not the one that they’ll be facing come judgement time.
Are you a seminarer? or a parrot?
