Duncan Hunter is ready IMHO. Too bad America isn’t ready for him! I wish we could awake from our stupor.

>I wish we could awake from our stupor.<

We can certainly help do that by getting our man out there for all to see and hear by contributing to his campaign fund. This fine and capable man is not a multimillionaire like some. Nor is he owned by any one. If we want Rep. Hunter to be our president, we must give until it hurts, for the sake of our country.

I am ready.

Modernize our military, including our nuclear forces, and bring troop strength back to 18 divisions with a 600-ship Navy to get them where they need to go. Rules of Engagement are reduced from a several-page document to “Kill the enemy.”

Aggressive diplomacy replaces “compassionate conservatism”... we start calling a spade a spade when neccessary. This would include using our military to finish the job in Iraq at the Iranian border, and not responding to threats from North Korea with a load of oil.

Russia and China are hugely dependent upon American markets. Human rights abuses and wartime arms buildup gets China demoted from Most-Favored Nation status, and Russia and China get the business end of stiff tariffs. American companies get tax breaks to order from American manufacturers.

No amnesty bill. No more anchor babies, the twenty million illegals get the boot, and we build a 2000-mile wall to keep them out. Need labor? Hire Americans, or get in line to access a strictly-controlled guest-worker program. The ninety billion we spend annually on them will go to the military, who sure as hell need it more than the illegals.

Speaking of the military, if you are convicted of espionage against the United States, you will be executed on a military firing range.

Leave Chavez to wither on the vine. “Citgo” becomes synonomous with “tariff”.

Complete restructuring of the CIA, NSA, and FBI. Any ties to the Clinton administration? You’re fired.

If the UN has so much respect for the Middle East and Africa, it should be quite happy to move there when we level the UN headquarters in the US. Speaking of the Middle East, we support Isreal no matter what.

Privatize Social Security, and tax cuts, tax cuts, tax cuts.

Are you with me?

>Too bad America isn’t ready for him!<

I think in their heart of hearts, America is more than ready for Duncan Hunter, since all who meet and hear him like what he says. The establishment will do all it can to keep him from his constituency, as has been already demonstrated by their deliberately scant mention of him.

It is up to those who like him to see that he gets the exposure he needs. $$$$$$$$$$
