I could not believe this story, where to start? These loons are in charge of millions of dollars, and they spend it on investigating a $300 tree theft? This is just wrong on so many levels.

...agreed to cost-of-living increases only for academic salaries. Yeah, the Admin and maintenance staff must make do with what they have. The "hard working" academics must maintain the lifestyle to which they have become accustomed......
