When the supposed conservative candidates talked about conservation, global warming, and energy, I thought I was tuned into the democrat debate for a while... Although, some of the answers about the oil profits were fine, there was way too much green leaning on all the other points; imho. Did anybody else get disgusted about the fighting the global warming "crisis" that they talked about? Even if they didn't say they support a fight against global warming, I would of thought someone would have stated that global warming is junk science and bad political and economic policy.
I heard Fred Thompson , filling in for Paul Harvey, attribute global warming to the sun.....
Heretic.
It’s a nuisance anyway. Blow it up.
I thought they sidestepped it to talk about tnergy independance, and that is all I would give to it, too.
Hey, neodad, Fred Thompson saying Global Warming was coming from the sun, was a joke; and a funny one at that. Seems you missed it.
The planet is really warmed by the tiny fraction of bad CO2 mankind is adding to the natural CO2...which is a tiny part of the "green house" gases (next to water) which in turn is a tiny part of the Earths atmosphere. Which has the power to warm the planet 600 to 800 years in advance...its so obvious.
Oh, and don't forget, increasing C02 will lower crop yields...yeah that's the ticket...that's "science".
Wait pass the stupid stick so I can hit my head again until this B.S. makes sense.
You forgot the logic that if temperatures decrease, that’s also due to global warming.
