His voting record is just on bills brought up before congress, none of which outlaw abortion totally. Most are just restrictions on abortion which many pro-choice politicians could support (like agianst “partial birth”).

I did say he’s against Roe, but he seemed to be saying he’d be pro-choice in his state. That means he doesnt believe life begins at conception etc... I dont know, Im assuming alot from about a half sentence, I admit that. Its consistant with what Ive heard about him though on this issue. He needs to be pinned down on it by someone more competent at interviewing.

Well, now we know how Thompson will be attacked.. he is a part of the CFR, NWO, Buildacheeseburger conspiracy..

You forgot that he has a wife something like 24 years his junior who's a former pole dancer in all likelihood and wears clothes with plunging necklines which shows off her fun bags or something like that.

And for your viewing pleasure....[grin] Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

The CFR is behind this

That's right, you nailed it! I didn't know it could be that easy.

She’s definitely a “trophy” wife and four years younger than his daughter. That won’t play well.
******************************************

That implies that Fred married her for image only. I don’t think you could possibly have enough information to make that judgement unless you personally know Fred, and have known him for a long time. If you do....then touche’. If you don’t then you are making a judgement based on your own prejudices.

Whether or not it plays well with the public remains to be seen. I don’t think it will matter at all.

correct

thompson voted to convict on article 2, obstruction of justice

coulter is being a nitpicker because thompson voted against perjury, article 1 which failed 45-55.

thompson voted for article ii, obstruction of justice, which failed 50-50

a 2/3 vote (67) is required to convict

what exactly is coulter’s problem?

...who's a former pole dancer in all likelihood...

I don't think that garbage should be repeated, even in jest, even in dark sarcasm.

Scarborough ought to get his block knocked off for that garbage.

Look, she is four years YOUNGER than his daughter. That is how she will be viewed. It doesn’t bother me - but it will cause him trouble, watch and see.

What do you think of Kuciniches wife?

"Basically, the Global Economy is a verb, not a proper noun.."

Basically, the Global Economy is the biggest piece of tyranical propaganda ever uttered. There is no 'global economy.' A nation's economy is their most important military asset, and their culture is the world's biggest target if their economy is on top (as ours is, due to our superior culture and productivity).

Are you comfortable with a political entity that supercedes the US constitution, like the EU supercedes it's members?

In Poland this year a woman took a case against the Polish government for not allowing her to have an abortion. She was awarded 25,000 euros by the EU court.

This is what is in store for the former USA

Oh! But he did vote for impeachment, but not for removal.

Actually, the House votes on articles of Impeachment. The Senate, with Fred...voted on guilt.

He voted not guilty on perjury article but guilty on obstruction of justice article

He could not have voted for impeachment - the House does that. The Senate considers the articles of impeachment and whether to "convict" on those articles.

Fred DID vote to "convict" and for removal on one of the charges (sufficient) but not both.

His reasoning is given in the link provided in post #262. It is very well reasoned, researched and thorough.

He obviously took it very seriously and I, for one, am very much impressed with the depth of his thinking on it all.

Fred T should have been in the debate - all 3 debates - to answer the hard questions. This is sickening!

This has been explained to you a hundred times, toots.

ouch!

of all the things that she could whine about, complaining about thompson’s yes vote to convict clinton on obstruction of justice charges, because he did not vote yes on perjury charges, is dumb and pointless

Maybe that’s why she doesn’t practice Constitutional Law.

Thats what he said in 1994 or such. If you watched the recent interview, he said he changed in his heart when he saw his daughter on ultrasound.

I'm still trying to figure out her tortured logic. She said something about the Republican candidate needing to be a conservative from a blue state. Does that mean she likes 2/3 of Rudy McRomney?
