I don’t know. I’m sure it’s all in a Spanish dictionary somewhere. The line I ask hispanics is, “No hable Ingles?” If they say no, I ask, “Porque no? Necessita apprender Ingles a noche en escuela pronto! Ahora! Andele! Hablo Espanol — Necessita hable Ingles!”
