Republican Presidential Candidate Debate #3 - Manchester, New Hampshire 06/05/07 - Official Discussion Thread
WMUR-TV, CNN, and the New Hampshire Union Leader will host a Republican debate in Manchester, New Hampshire on the campus of Saint Anselm College. Moderated by Wolf Blitzer. Debate begins at 7 p.m. EDT (4 p.m. PDT) and will last two hours.
Great minds (close enough).
I forgot Brownback. He doesn’t have a chance either.
It will be interesting to see what Senator Fred Thompson has to say about the debate at 9:00 P.M. on the FOX News Channel.
No chance of getting the nomination. For that matter, either does McCain.
The way I see it, it’s down to Giuliani and Romney, with Fred waiting in the wings.
Let’s just root for the best candidates throughout these debates and anything and everything to destroy the “Clinton Legacy” once and for all!
Freegards
Wolf Blitzer? Oh joy. Hopefully Hunter will get more than 3 questions, and a couple minutes airtime! Though with this being CNN, he is the last person they want to focus on, I really wish FOX and the rest of the Conservatives talk radio hosts (excluding laura, who already has) would give him more attention. Even Hannity, has not said once, since Hunter told him he would be there, stated Hunter WILL BE IN SAN DIEGO for the Freedom Concert.
Let the winnowing begin, eventually we get to Rudy, Mitt and Fred and then to either Rudy or Mitt and Fred, and then to just Fred.
Who will be the VP on Fred’s ticket?
Basically I left Romney and Huckabee because they have a stand on somethings we need to hear more about. Could be helpful especially as a VP on ticket as well as in fleshing out a real platform to compete and defeat the Dems. Hunter stayed as he is the only one presently that I am in agreement with on most issues, not totally (as I haven’t heard him state something recently on all issues). Just reading his voting record for years gives an indication but having him says it right now is best.. The questions that are asked tend to be somewhat inane or stupid. If 100 questions were as less that 25% of them were pertinent, but lacked the time to fully debate them.
Isn't he going to be involved in the debates? Has he declared yet?
GIVE ‘EM HELL PAUL!!!!
Duncan has faced off with Wolf Blitzed before....

Yeah, they don’t want Hunter to be able to answer something that might attract attention. They will probably play it safe and ask what color drapes he would use in the oval office. /sarcasm
He is not a participant in tonight's debate.
He hasn't declared yet, but I suspect that will change quite soon.

Hopefully not Rudi McRomney.
Thank you. I see your point.
It is very true.
Does he support the guest worker/scamnesty agenda?
After the debate, at 2100. CSPAN will have viewer call in about the debate. Always entertaining.
I like hearing the second-tier candidates, because the media spends too much time on Fred McRudney.
Tonite will be the night one of the underlings makes some noise...and progress. Although I cant predict exactly who....but lets say Hunter, Tancredo, or Paul.
