Libby was sentenced to 30 months in prison and fined $250,000 for lying to federal investigators about his role in the outing of former CIA

1. Libby didn't have a role in "outing" her.
2. Since they KNOW who "outed" her and chose not to pursue any charges against Armitage, there was obviously nothing to investigate in the first place.
