In Peggy Noonan’s most recent article in the Wall Street Journal, she acknowledges that she separated herself from supporting President Bush in “January 2005.” I remember the nasty article she wrote about his Inaugural Address. After that article, where she sounded so “holier than thou”, I rarely read her again until this morning, when I checked to see just what she wrote on Friday that has caused so much hoopla.

She is a quasi-conservative, who (it seems to me) from a very middle-class background wants to be invited to all the A list parties in NY, DC and various vacation locales.

Secondly, I believe that she would be singing a very different tune, had she been asked to join the President’s speech-writing team.

Very True.

I agree absolutely. She's been sour grapes, backstabbing Bush for quite some time. This recent article is nothing new with her - just twisting the knife some more.
