Problem is that even when Fed. law to build a fence is passed and funded there is still no guarantee that it will ever be built,maybe we have too many lawyers in congress.
That's why the locals will eventually solve immigration debacle one small town/city at a time.
Not if the Senate bill passes. There won't be any more 'illegal' aliens, and no local government will be able to touch them.
