SAN FRANCISCO, June 1 — Gay and lesbian prisoners in California will be allowed overnight visits with their partners under a new prison policy, believed to be the first time a state has allowed same-sex conjugal stays.

This is discriminitory against working folks. This 72 hour visit for sex for prison inmates should be made available to all working folks, especially firefighters, military and police officers and other working folks who don’t already get to have 72 hours of sex while working.

So certainly they are kept from cells with members of the same sex, right? Or are they to be allowed conjugal visits in prison with prisoners as well?
And what about AIDS in the prison population? Should it be allowed to spread outside of the cellblock?
