The ROE’s do not allow hot pursuit ?
The Danish ship only had a crew of five : is it normal to be so close to the coast line ?
They did not last year and it appears they still do not. As far as how far off the coast the Danish ship was, I had that question too. It would be total lunacy for a ship with that size crew to be within 200 miles of the Somali coast.
