Agreed. Further, severe penalties upon any employer hiring an illegal and cutting off Federal funds to "sanctuary cities."(Nothing gets a liberal in line like the cutting off of funds.)

Lastly, to help remove the illegals deputize citizens to go out and round up our little warm visitors. We have enough buses, trains, taxi's, pogo sticks etc. to take them back home.

The Washington elites encouraged the problem because it’s the way they want it. Write a document that is bigger than a James Michner novel to fix a problem that wouldn’t exist if the enforcement provisions promised in the 1986 Amnesty Bill were followed through on. Take away the freebies, sanction employers, and guard the border from drug runners and terrorist and only then will the “new arrivals” stop coming and the 20 million already here begin to self deport. The elites in Washington have already struck the deals with Mexico and now have to figure out how to get it over on the sheeple. One thing is for certain, they won’t give up and do what the vast majority of the citizens of this country want. They want a North American Alliance and this latest scam is to grease the skids for it.

3. It is way-way-way less disruptive than either proposed reform or forced deportation of 12 mln (armed) people or having 12 mln illegals in the country.

But that's what you are suggesting when you say "Enforce deportation of remaining illegals." because very few illegals will be inclined to sign on to any legalization proposal. That's because they won't be able to work because no one will hire them unless they have the advantage of paying them off the books and at sub-minimum wage.

And why is it “less disruptive” to have a millions of second-class citizens (temporary workers) who will certainly continue to vote illegally and be agitating for their “rights”?

Shoot on sight

The american nazi party undoubtedly has a web page somewhere. Taking a person's life for crossing the border is the stuff of fools like them.

I disagree with you: it is way-way-way easier to go after non-working illegals because (1) they do not have support from business, (2) it is a small group.

factual error- work visas are NOT granted to Canadians unconditionally. The terms under which a TN visa can be granted are painstakingly spelled out under NAFTA (I read the whole treaty and it gave me a headache for 3 days.) Only certain categories of professionals are covered, they must have a certain minimum level of experience, at least at Bachelors degree in an appropriate field, etc. My company has hired several Canadians for high-tech jobs. Several got rejected for the visa, either because they did not meet one of the criteria spelled out in the treaty, or because some officious immigration bureaucrat was having a bad day and decided to toast their nether-regions.

They have support right now. These crooks are in bed with the crooked politicians who are obstructing border control and immigration enforcement. It doesn't matter if they are working or not. They don't want immigration laws enforced.

...NAFTA (I read the whole treaty and it gave me a headache for 3 days.)

Ouch! I've always wondered about NAFTA. Why does it take a document the size of a phone book to say "free trade"?
