...it identifies them, puts them on the tax rolls but doesn't give them citizenship. What is the problem with that? They are here already, and there is no hope of sending them all back.

Are you aware that the bill gives the incompetent DHS 24 hours to run a background check before granting Zamnesty? Do you know that the vast majority of those Zamnestied will not pay federal income taxes, but will consume far more of OUR money than they can possibly contribute, through government handouts, public education, healthcare, and crime?

Finally, your claim that "there is no hope of sending them all back," is not an argument. If we secure the border, deport every illegal that comes to the attention of law enforcement, and jail a few corporate big shots that knowingly use illegal labor, we'd see massive self-deportation.

I know, some callers really hit the point with certain subjects, but he spins it by asking them certain questions, that they fall for most of the time, and limits their comments. His demeanor is such that he tries to make people look like idiots when they challenge him on things like this.

He never answers many of the questions, but simply does what you said. “That’s idiotic!” “That is not true” ...and never explains definitively why it’s not true.

I think as long as we have people like Medved out there with their head in the sand the REAL conservatives are doomed.

Medved is also a Rudy nut. Hell he had an entire hour devoted to Rudy when he posed as Rudy to the callers.
