B/c the legal system is screwed in this country.

Kinoxi,

If you leave your your door open and someone can see a stack of money on the table through your windows it does not give them the right to use it.

They can complain because thes guy was leeching their bandwidth which is something they pay for.

That reminds me of a famous case where a man was charged with illegally intercepting a satellite TV signal. He told the court, "If you don't want me to receive your signal, keep your damn signal out of my back yard."

I've projected my landscaping outside my enslosure, but that doesn't mean people get to take my plants. Sometimes I park my car on the public street and sometimes I forget to lock the door. It's a stupid mistake, but that doesn't mean that people are free to take whatever is inside. Taking what is not yours or what you didn't pay for is stealing.
