This story may be a RED HERRING to get the folks to stop putting heat on Congress to reject the bill. The back taxes provision was removed from the bill by Ted Kennedy at GW’s request. The bill requires illegal immigrants to pay a $5000 fine (at $50 a month).

This is a brand new Bush/RINO talking point. It’s about McCain amendment 1190, which says that taxes are due if and when they get a green card. No green card, no taxes. The way they present it, is of course misleading.

This is still true:

llegals: representation without taxation (unless they get a green card)

Citizens: taxation without representation

And I thought we had it bad back in November. The headline in Drudge was “Here Come the democrats”. Now it will be “Here Come the mexicans” - more democrats. THrow in a couple of big terrorist attacks here in the US and that should about do it: democrat paradise.
