The public schools are just awful. I don’t believe we have that kind of “seminar” in the public schools where we live in CO, but there are other problems as I have mentioned/complained about before. O’Reilly and Dennis Miller were talking about it on The Factor tonight. They both said if they had had kids in that school they would have gone up and punched some noses. Dennis Miller had a good line—he said he feels like Heston looking up from the field and the chimps are on the ponies. FYI—O’Reilly said the school has said they will have the seminar next year but it will be optional not mandatory.
P.S. Meant to add—obviously the school officials don’t think there was any problem with the seminar since they are having it again next year.
And where's Bush, is this his idea of 'no child left behind' just throw more money into the school system and let them run roughshod over the malleable minds of the nation's youth producing programs that encourage them into drug and sex experimentation and masturbatory practices.
How is this not abuse of an adolescent's mind whether optional or not?
Oh it is definitely abuse of children. The lefties have it great. They have the majority of children captured into their indoctrination camps and they don't care what parents think. That video I saw of gay indoctrination they were doing in a private Quaker school of all places and a New York public school was really shocking. The video was made several years ago and they had very little kids parroting back their gay agenda.
And also, just recently, the video Brokeback Mountain was shown in a public school classroom--the substitute teacher stated--what happens in this classroom stays in this classroom. Here is one thread of it on FR in case you missed it:
Teacher Sued for Showing 'Brokeback Mountain' in Class
It's definitely a worry. I've got three to worry about. The powers that run these government schools are getting more and more in your face about it. I wish more parents would yank them out of the rotten schools, but like in our case, it's hard for a lot of parent's to come up with the money for private school--and that's just the way the teacher's unions like it and plan on keeping it.
LOL.....
A “Winter Sonata” convert....
too funny...
That looks like a WEST coast sunset....
