I think she is more pathetic than comical. This woman is not very bright, and I am certain she grieves deeply for her son. She was used by the self serving Democrats...when she was no longer useful, they dumped her.
I know I will be blasted for this comment, but I want to be honest. My 17 year old son wants to join the service when graduates from High School. I would be very proud of him-of course. However, I do not want him in Iraq. I hate politically correct wars -where if you shoot the bad guys and hit a ‘civilian’ you might be tried for murder.
Our soldiers are not given permission to fight this war as a war...defeat the enemy. It seems like it will go on and on until the Dems can convince enough people we need to pull out. Heck, even Republican politicians are talking about pulling out.
