Climate change? I live in New England...we call it the Seasons.

They changed the term for the old “CYA”. No matter what happens, they can point and say “See, we TOLD you this would happen!” It doesn’t matter what the changes are, just as long as people perceive a change then they are happy to claim they forecast it.

The photo of Pelosi with this story that is currently on Drudge is simply dreadful: she looks haggard, ill, and unhappy.

I would guess that Pelosi has discovered, like Rosie and Cindy Sheehan, that being a leftist kook is not good for your health.

Absolutely, while we honor our fallen she honors the ice in Greenland.

I have several sets of old encyclopedias, and all of them agree from the oldest to the newest, ice has been melting for at least 10k years, probably more. They also agree it has to do with Sun cycles. Global Warming is a new term invented in the past few years.

The Socialist agenda has always blamed America for the world's ills and they envision the US riding mopeds and living in shacks with one light bulb in the 1 room. To see their vision of our future look no further than Viet Nam. If confronted with selling my V8 pick up because of global warming, I just say, "How will I pull my boat?", and they turn purple. They don't want you fishing, camping, pulling horse trailers, 4 wheelers, nothing, nada. My "foot print" is just too damn large. I don't want to burn more fuel, but I can't find an electric truck that pulls as good as my GMC.

I have evidence too. I notice when the sun is out, it gets warmer. And when the fog rolls in it gets cooler. And sometimes when there is clouds in the sky it rains. And if its really cold, it snows.

Yep. There is climate change. The Earth warms and it cools, and it has been constantly doing one or the other continuously since the beginning of time.

But Pelosi managed to "see" climate change with just one little trip. She is an amazing little P.O.S.

Uh huh. Someone cue the change in German CO2 emissions since 2000 versus the US change in emissions.

Also, note that Germany is building new coal plants. Why? They dont trust imported Russian gas, and wont build nuclear.

So much for climate change ‘leadership’, they are typical liberals. All talk, blame America, and no action.

Nope. The only way to get warming in the climate models is to theorize more moisture in the atmosphere, and the only way to model that is to have more precipitation. Overall, the earth is projected to get wetter, not drier. This is in the official IPCC report.

Also, crops will get the CO2 ‘fertilization effect’. CO2 is food for plants and at 500ppm they can be 15% or so more productive than at 380ppm. They can also be more drought resistant since the use of H2O in photosynthesis is reduced when Co2 levels are higher.

obviously we will get hectored otherwise by eco-extremists. We need a solution. The solution for global warming:

Anybody else see Dennis Miller on The Tonight Show last week where he compared seeing Pelosi with the Speakers gavel with Chuck Heston waking up and seeing the gorilla on a horse!
