The reason that New Mexico is at the bottom of the charts on every statistic after 5 years of his governorship is because he followed a Republican administration.

Bahbah, I don't get your point here. I'm reading "bottom of the chart" to mean one of the worst. If that's correct are you saying that the Republican administration that preceeded Richardson's governership was bad? Or that Richardson has run the state into the ground really fast? Or am I missing the meaning of "bottom of the chart?"
