Anyway, some attorney could conceivably challenge those rules as they relate to Thompson and cable TV, trying to argue FCC original intent, but I think it’s a longshot given the history of the regulations.

Considering there are a few lowlifes (Hillary and other assorted liberals) among the candidates, I see a big stink coming if Fred runs and his appearances are still being aired. But it’s a moot point until he appears on state ballots. I just got a feeling that this time it will be challenged.
