I remember a story out of Fallujah as told by one of the locals.
The terrorists came to a local bazaar and grabbed a man at random. They forced others to watch as they slit his belly and dragged him behind a car by his intestines.
More Jewish backed smear tactics from the ever failing Bush administration. We all know the only real terrorist is the US government and the only tortures are done by our military. That’s why these people don’t like us.

As I have said, we’re dealing with living and breathing creatures which are not members of homo sapiens. They are not simians. They are not of this earth. They do not have DNA. Normal humans have nothing in common with these creatures. Somewhere along the line evolution took a turn for the worse, helped by the forced imposition of a violent ideology, and the result was these creatures who put bombs around their babies and sing religious ditties while they saw heads off living bodies.

Not effective? It depends on what “effect” the torturers are seeking. In the case of this manual, it’s obvious they’re not looking for information, reliable or otherwise. Their entire purpose is to inflict pain, and they enjoy it.
