To see what would happen after regular business hours in California (where I am), I just called the 800 number. Feinstein’s voice tells you to call back between business hours which end at 7:00 p.m. EASTERN time. She’s so concerned about her constiuents in her home state that they can’t even contact her after 4 p.m.

Anyhow, at the end of the call, some seniorita tells you “adios!” and... click... you’re done.
