Oh, not much.....big lab rats, thats all they are. Round here they are shot on sight, just like groundhogs and coyotes. The difference is neither groundhogs or coyotes will come up on your deck despite the dogs you own.
‘possum ain’t so bad with a dry rub of chili powder and slow smoked with mesquite wood.
