I'm not confident in Dr. Paul's foreign policy stances. It's a post-coldwar, blowback world created by globalists in the G8, plus Russia and China, and to a lesser extent, Saudi Arabia and Israel.

Dr. Paul could come out and say "I'm taking the United States in a new direction," and clarify that it's away from the present globalist one, but does not fail to address the dangers present in our world.

I don't think letting Iran or North Korea, or Saudi Arabia for that matter, obtain nuclear weapons is reasonable. Yet he claims he doesn't want to police the world.

Speculation

Rather than interfere in the policies of other sovereign nations I prefer the method of building a military defense shield that quietly says, “Attack me and you will instantly become just a memory.” A quiet, sincere warning that we will follow through with!.

No long drawn out debates with their ambassadors or the vote counts at the UN Council, just an immediate big bang with not a single penny of reconstruction money.

Then we sit back and say, “They were warned not to mess with the US and they chose not to listen. Now they have paid the price. Who’s next?”

I wish the American people would do the same to our legislators who refuse to listen to us. We need to figure out a way to quietly give them a sincere warning.
