Bill Whittle advances his new project "Ejectia!". Lots of good stuff!
This ping list is not author-specific for articles I'd like to share. Some for the perfect moral clarity, some for provocative thoughts; or simply interesting articles I'd hate to miss myself. (I don't have to agree with the author all 100% to feel the need to share an article.) I will try not to abuse the ping list and not to annoy you too much, but on some days there is more of the good stuff that is worthy of attention. You can see the list of articles I pinged to lately on my page.
You are welcome in or out, just freepmail me (and note which PING list you are talking about). Besides this one, I keep 2 separate PING lists for my favorite authors Victor Davis Hanson and Orson Scott Card.

Excellent article! I'll pick two important messages in this missive.
"...However, when radical Muslims living in the West demand that their religion not undergo these same stresses and trials and turns violent burning buildings or killing those who disagree with them well, we as a society have a choice. We can be always cooperating, which rewards that behavior, or we can retaliate, which punishes it.>br> Which do you think reward, or punishment is likely to produce more of this savagery, and which less?..."
I'll pick punishment, and I think it's coming soon, and this time, it will be instigated by the USA.
For a great number of reasons, the 'punishment' has been a long time coming. We've waited so long to begin, that the ferocity of our coming attacks may seem excessive to some (mostly dhimmicRATS) at first, but that feeling won't last, once the Enemy is more completely exposed.
The second important message is the 'Remnant.' I think we've already seen them, on October 31st, 1998, and on March 17th, 2007, and many times before and since. Although the 'remnant' doesn't get a lot of 'press', except on FR and many other Internet places, they don't really care, because they're doing what they think is right! We've also found out that we're not alone.
The Anti-American 'Left' is well-funded and can usually produce a crowd of 'Rent-a-Thugs' or 'Rent-some-Idiots' for any of their organized gatherings, but really can't produce have a large core of believers in their cause. When actual pro-American 'believers' show-up, it confuses the Left, and they wear their blinders even tighter.
Should be interesting soon ........................ FRegards

Retaliating against Screw the Other Guy is not mean-spritedness or a lust for revenge. It is essential to protect the confidence needed to stay focused on long-term wins. Great post. Thanks.

Cheating in class (or getting a diploma without passing the required tests), cheating by crossing the border illegally, cheating by committing crimes and not paying for it, cheating by bribery and corruption, cheating in general rewards Screw the Other Guy as a social strategy and makes chumps of the people who need a level of societal trust they need retaliation against Screw the Other Guy in order to continue to cooperate. Society needs to retaliate against cheaters because not to do so flips the coin from cooperation to betrayal. And thats the end of everything we have worked for and cherish. So insightful it's scary...

I’ve never really bought into the deterrent argument. Because 1 How do prove a murder didn’t happen because of the death penalty? So there's really no way of knowing weather this is true or not. 2 How many people commit murder knowing they’re going to get caught?
No, the reason for the death penalty is, it’s societies way of saying somethings are beyond the pale, there are some acts that if you do them you forfeit your right to live.

"...I think weve already seen them, on October 31st, 1998, and on March 17th, 2007, and many times before and since..."On 10-31-98, JimRob said he was going to DC to protest the klintoon thuggery, and about 5000 people went with him in a spontaneous outrage. On 3-17-07, the anti-war moonbats scheduled a protest starting at the Viet Nam War Memorial, and about 25,000 people went to DC to protect the Memorial - better organized than in 1998, and JimRob was there too!
The authors' reference to the 'Remnant', sort-of described for me the kind of people who say: "Y'know, that ain't right!", and then go and do something about it.
Those were just two events of many that stood-out in my memory ........................ FRegards

The biggest losers in our inability to control illegal immigration are the legal immigrants. What benefit do these honest people gain from playing by the rules? Which is why we're starting to gather the Hispanic vote to our side...
