The extremists are those who, for the first time in the history of the world, are hell-bent on giving away a country. A country that is so successful that you would think they would at least have held out for the highest bidder. I mean as if it were theirs to give away or sell or not.
Geez, even the French get it as (link below) they are against the granting of French citizenship in mass to undocumented immigrants in their midst.
