That is exactly my point and your original post neglected to point out that there will be another cloture vote before this bill gets to conference.

69-23 for cloture, and UNBELIEVABLY, Reid just gave us some breathing room by putting off further work on the bill until after the Memorial Day break. We need to redouble our efforts during this gift of time to sway the iiots that want to surrender our nation to the illegals.
