Clinton Wants Pre-K for All 4-Year-Olds

WASHINGTON - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is proposing a $10 billion federal program aimed at providing voluntary pre-kindergarten for all 4-year-old children in America. The Democratic presidential candidate planned to discuss the program in remarks Monday at North Beach Elementary School in Miami Beach, Fla.

Her campaign staff issued an outline of the plan in Washington.

It would provide federal funds to states that agree to establish a plan for making voluntary pre-kingergarten services universally available for all 4-year-olds.

They would be required to provide services at no cost to children from low-income families and those from "limited English homes."

The campaign said state spending on pre-kingergarten has increased by $1 billion in the last two years, yet the programs still serve less than 20 percent of 4-year-olds in the U.S.

Under the Clinton plan, states would match federal funds made available to them dollar-for-dollar and could use the assistance to expand their existing Head Start programs.

Never too early for DNC or homosexual indoctrination.

Kids have to get their daily viewing of 'Inconvenient Truth' in somehow.

HRC - “It takes a village to raise a child.”

AH1952 - “It takes an idiot like HRC to come up with an idea this stupid.”

The final step is mandatory indoctrination centers for babies from birth. I guess that's how Hillary's village raising the child work.

Of all the errors of the left, I find this the most chilling.

Parents have such little time as it is to insulate their children form the evil world and Clinton and her ilk want more.

Sen.Clinton [Leno Show]: "Jay, there are literally millions of people who have never read a printed book.
You cannot believe, Jay, how many people I have met who have told me
that MY book is the FIRST BOOK they have ever read.
When I am President, it will be the first book all my subjects will read."

My career oriented granddaughters will vote for Hillary and the hope of 4-year-old-Kindergarten care. Their wrecked marriages have produced babies without homes who need costly daycare. Daycare money saved can be spent on more makeup and designer clothes to parade to the office to compete and stay on the fast-track to success.

Can you tell that this grandma is slightly fed-up with my granddaughters lifestyles and the likes of Hillary and her family-breaking powerful cohorts?

If this is about Billy Bob the title should be, "Clinton Wants Pre-K".

If this is about Hitlery the title should be "Clinton Wants Pre-K indoctrinated".

” Free Pre-K for All 4-Year-Olds is just another way of saying free day care for all. After that, the staff will be unionized, go on periodic strikes for increased benefits and the 10 billion will quickly balloon into a budget eating monster that no one could ever dismantle. Of course, the staff will form a reliable vote source for all future Democratic candidates.
The only consolation is that Hitlery’s support for this measure is merely pre-election posturing which she has no intention of pursuing after she has used it to corral another special interest voting block.

4 year old children need Mother and Father and home, not preschool or day care.
