On Fox, Judge O’Connor claims it is outrageous for the
US Congress to dare threaten to impeach a federal judge
for citing ‘foreign law’ prior to going activist against
the US Constitution.

On the contrary, impeachment in such a case
would be a reasonable and American thing to do.

Mission accomplished - Chris Wallace's mission that is. Did you note his absurd question about no woman or black in republican primary? That 's exactly the liberal media's push for demmies. He conveniently forget the best diverse cabinet of W.

I wish he would question a dem why no pro-war or pro-life candidate on their ticket. Obviously, in their view, color of skin or race matter most than anything.

I have seen several articles by and about Sandra Day O’Connor since she retired...she seems to believe that she is still a law unto herself. Certainly has no problem with low self-esteem.

I heard Sandra on FNS. Her segment was the only one I saw. She is as clueless as always, embarrassingly so.

She reminds me, in a way, of Queen Elizabeth, except that I actually like the queen.

Great commentary on O'Connor's appearance with Wallace is here....Retired Justice, Active-Duty Chicken Little
But O'Connor rejects, root and branch, any understanding of the separation of powers that might invite palpable responses to judicial usurpation.
The commentary also shows that O'Connor misremembers her childhood, ala Hillary Clinton.
