That’s why I fear we’ve been conditioned over time for socialized medicine etc.
The most common saying I heard growing up when someone did something annoying was: “(shrug) Well, it’s a free country!”
Now the most common response is “There oughtta be a law.”
Individual liberty is ok nowadays as long as it fits in the strict confines of the least common denominator of popular opinion.
Why not. This post suggests people have been conditioned for socialized food. Something is sadly working :(
