Former US president Jimmy Carter on Saturday attacked outgoing Prime Minister Tony Blair for his "blind" support of the Iraq war, describing it as a "major tragedy for the world". In an interview with BBC radio, Carter was asked how he would describe Blair's attitude to US President George W. Bush. He replied: "Abominable. Loyal, blind, apparently subservient.
"I think that the almost undeviating support by Great Britain for the ill-advised policies of President Bush in Iraq have been a major tragedy for the world."

Carter is such a prima donna.
Everytime he sees the public begin to estimate George W bush as the worst president ever,
Carter starts reminding us he should be # 1.
Better than having an undeviating support for communists, Islamic terrorists, and all other enemies of America and western civilization. Sound familiar, peanut brain?
Carter is such a putz.
Actually, Lyndon Johnson was the worst. But Carter comes close.
I WANT TO KNOW WHO TOLD THIS GUY HE IS RELAVANT. SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN! TAKE SOME TIME TO READ ABOUT YOUR PRESIDENCY BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH!
Someone needs to step up and smack this a-hole down, good and proper.
Jimmy Carter has unwavering hate for Jews, and proves it every day. I wouldnt be surprised if he was a card carrying member of Hamas.
Carter is an idiot.
Well now ya got that right. Peanut man was the #1 worst. Wouldn’t you think that someone with such an outstanding record of failure as President would keep his mouth shut when it comes to chastising other world leaders?
Carter is a sociopath.
Can Carter possibly be a bigger ass than he’s already demonstrated? I guess so.
blind partisanship
I had forgotten Lyndon, but it looks like a tie to me. I’m willing to be convinced. Why do you say Johnson is number one worst?
Carter’s the butt boy for every anti-American cause since Vietnam. And a sellout to our saudi masters.
both Blair and Bush outclass this nincompoop 100x over.
Better than blind support for Castro.
Only Jimmuh Peanut would venture to criticize Bush for spoiling America’s relations with other countries on the same day that he attacks the UK’s special ambassador to the United States for political crimes.
The biggest thing that LBJ did was alter the way that the books on the Federal budget were presented, to conceal the true size of Federal deficits. Like including Social Security receipts in the budgets, for example. That enabled him to increase domestic spending while pretending not to bust the budget.
In addition, Johnson changed immigration laws to make it harder for immigrants from Western culture nations to come here, but much easier for Third World immigrants to flood the system.
There are others, but I need time to study before I remember them. Those are the big two.
